I just moved in March 2017. So far so great. Some of the neighbors are really friendly. I love the cleanliness and no pest control that I can see. The pool and play area are amazing for my daughter. The move in process was very easy and so was approval. I'm glad to say this is my first place.

I just moved in 2017 and so far everything has been fine. This is my first place and I really love it. The complex is very well kept. The noise is almost non-existent. I've met some nice neighbors. Overall it's great!

Toscana is definitely a place to call home. My favorite part is the helpful and friendly maintenance and office staff. The web system makes it easy and convenient to put in work request and pay rent. All of my request have been resolved within a day. The new club house is gorgeous. I like living in Toscana because it is family friendly, quiet, peaceful and safe.

Living here for almost two years now I can honestly say this place has been more than accommodating. Beautiful views, great amenities, and a wonderful office staff! I am proud to call this place home and I encourage anyone considering setting up a tour to do so. You will not be disappointed!

I'm proud to call Toscana Apartment my home I love it here the community is wonderful and the staff and management team is the best they have all the amenities you need and close to everything you would like to do and most of all it's a peaceful and safe place to live. The best community to live in in Irvine. Have been here for over 6 months and have loved every day at Toscana. The amenities are good, the staff is very pleasant and quick to respond especially Sam, they take care of all your needs and even go out of their way at times for you and overall feels like a big family. Beautiful views around, clubhouse, gym and pool makes it even better. No complaints about neighbors too. Overall a nice community, nice neighborhood, and an awesome office staff.

Loving my new view! I'm close to the spa, which is awesome! Parking is sometimes tough but as long as you are using you provided space (come on fellow residents) then we shouldn't have issues. Ralph's is close by and south coast plaza, my favorite! Had an easy transition moving in here. Appreciative of the help the people in the office provided.

I believe Toscana Apartments in Irvine, has the best location, beautiful common areas, very nice floor plans, professionally maintained, friendly staff, and the best price you could find at that location. I used to live here for three years, moved out because of job situation , and I came back this April of 2016, so I am at forth floor, beautiful view, so I am super happy

Beautiful and clean apartment homes...Had a pleasant stay!! all the people were nice!!Nice and prompt services;beautiful and clean surroundings!! just loved the place !! would highly recommend living here!! i miss my stay at toscana. Great location too!! gym was terrific!!!

Nicole is great. Facilities are kept up and maintained fairly well. Tandem parking is always somewhat of a pain, but no surprise there. Central AC works well. Dishwasher works alright. Hot water in the shower takes a couple minutes to warm up but that's ok. Not a huge fan of carpet, but I chose it so I can't complain about that lol. Decent sized living room is nice...
